Mahindra Launches XUV400 Pro Electric SUV in India, Bookings Open at Rs. 21,000

Mahindra & Mahindra, India’s leading SUV manufacturer, has launched the XUV400 Pro Range, an all-electric SUV, at an introductory price starting at Rs. 15.49 lakh. The latest Pro range introduces three new variants: EC Pro, EL Pro, and ELP Pro. The XUV400 Pro is the first all-electric SUV from the house of Mahindra, designed and engineered to adapt to the lifestyle of Indian consumers.

The XUV400 Pro Range

The XUV400 Pro range is powered by a high-capacity 39.4 kWh and 34.5 kWh lithium-ion battery, delivering a range of 456 kilometers and 375 kilometers, respectively, as per Indian driving cycle standards (MIDC). The XUV400 Pro provides the highest power of 110 kW (150 PS) and torque of 310 Nm in its segment, making it one of the most powerful electric SUVs in India. The XUV400 Pro has the fastest acceleration in the non-luxury segment, going from 0-100 mph in just 8.3 seconds, with a top speed of 150 mph. The XUV400 Pro is designed to offer a compelling proposition of design, space, and technology. It has a wheelbase of 2600 mm, leading to best-in-class cabin roominess. The interiors are accentuated with satin copper and complemented with blue backlighting, giving it a premium sporty look. The XUV400 Pro also features a single-pedal drive technology for dense city traffic and cruise control for relaxed highway drives.

Bookings and Price

Bookings for the XUV400 Pro range have commenced from January 12, 2024, and can be booked with an initial booking amount of INR 21,000. Deliveries are set to begin on February 01, 2024. The introductory prices starting at INR 15.49 Lakh apply to deliveries till May 31, 2024.
